How to submit a collective demand claim
: (1) When submitting a demand claim, the group collective bargaining committee according to rule 67 shall submit the demand in writing to the employers' association of the relevant industry group.
(2) If a collective demand is received according to sub-rule (1), the employers' association shall understand the demand and give its copy to the relevant group collective bargaining committee.
